laaast wednesday i got food poisoning most likely or rather super likely because of the fishball noodle i ate. vomit plus diarrhoea. -.-

training has been good though haha i like morning trainings!!
the weekend was quite good haha.
went cycling with josh and his papa. first time i went on the road. exciting. haha
alright man shall err, post another time.got lots of work to be done.
